The DX3-3000 Solar LED Street Light is designed for installations within 30° of the equator*. The solar array is mounted at the top of the pole, aimed south and tilted to the optimum angle based on the latitude of the installation. The street light head contains the battery, ambient light sensor, the LED array and the intelligent hybrid driver board, so there are no external enclosures required. Any 12V AGM battery (included or locally sourced) of the appropriate capacity and dimensions can be used with the DX3-3000 Solar LED Street Light or an upgraded lithium polymer battery may be purchased along with the light. Installations can be made using a wooden pole or custom metal pole.
* Approximately – installations configured and sized by installation location
