In the fall of 2011, Windermere Golf and Country Club approached DX3 for help with lighting the entrance to their facility. With on grid lighting unavailable at the required location, getting power out to their entrance was cost prohibited. DX3 provided an off grid solution with the DX3-3000S Sub Artic Solar Light. The entrance to the Windermere Golf and Country Club was lit with one solar powered light mounted on the DX3 custom metal pole, all powder coated black.
