The DX3-3000S Solar LED Street Light is designed for Canada and other high latitude, cold climate applications.
Our cold climate product is manufactured to operate at full capacity at temperatures up to -40C. The solar array is mounted at the top of the pole, aimed south and tilted to the optimum angle based on the latitude of the installation. The light head contains the battery, ambient light sensor, the LED array and the intelligent hybrid driver board, so there are no external enclosures required. For installation the DX3-3000S can be mounted on a custom metal pole (powder coated, galvanized steel) or wooden poles.
